Build a clear hazelnut enquiry with product form, quantity, specifications, packaging and delivery details so quotations can be compared meaningfully.
Asking for the price of a tonne of hazelnuts starts a conversation, but it is not enough for a comparable quotation. The product form and delivery scope need to be defined. Completing those details early reduces later revisions.
Specify in-shell, natural kernels, roasted, blanched or ground product. Where sizing matters, provide the range and measurement unit, alongside whole or broken-kernel expectations. Explaining the intended application helps the supplier ask the relevant technical questions.
Distinguish a one-off quantity from an expected recurring requirement. Include the delivery destination, target date and any split-shipment needs. If packaging type or net weight has not been decided, say so explicitly and discuss the available options during quotation.
Mention the specification, analysis reports and other documentation you require. A document's lot reference, date and scope matter as well as its title. A price quotation is not the same as sample approval or final product acceptance.
When comparing quotations, check that currency, validity period, delivery scope and payment terms are comparable. Clarify unresolved points in writing instead of making assumptions. Use this template in the EZMINO contact form; the product guide can help you choose a form.
