What is recorded?

The name, email, message and optional company/country details you provide are recorded with the enquiry topic, language, date and source page. IP addresses are retained for a limited period for security and spam prevention. Approximate country information may be recorded if supplied by trusted infrastructure; it is not a precise location.

How is it used?

Information is used to assess, answer and follow up your enquiry. Only authorised users can access the admin panel. Email notifications contain a panel link rather than the message content. This system does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Website usage measurement

Google Analytics 4 loads on public website pages only after you accept it in the cookie notice. Usage information is sent to Google and Analytics may use browser cookies. Form messages and admin panel content are not included in this integration. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Your language is stored in the ezmino_language cookie and your Analytics choice is stored in browser local storage for 180 days, to remember your preferences on return visits. You can change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting stops subsequent Analytics measurement; it does not delete information previously sent.

Retention and backups

The initial configuration retains IP addresses for 7 days, enquiries for 365 days and spam records for 30 days. Raw IP addresses are excluded from backups. Local backups rotate over 14 days; deleted enquiries may remain in backups until that rotation completes. These periods must be confirmed against the company’s actual requirements before publication. Hosting and email services participate in processing.
